Is this a good deal?

Hey C&V, I trust your expertise in these things. Does this sound like a good deal?

I've requested pics, but until then, I have only the description to go on. What do you think?

I don't think this bike is worth a penny more than $18.50

Probably worth it as a donor bike, if you need Peugeot parts.

Only if it has parts. Not good enough for the hassle.

The problem with a U0-8 and other French bikes of that period is the parts are hard to find and they do not always accept parts from the more standard english thread bikes like Raleigh and Schwinn. So if one or two parts are missing, you might have to spend large $$ to find it. On the other hand, if you're into Peugeots and if it's all there, I mean, completely there, that's not a bad price.
