LOSA Frame?

Anyone ever hear of a "LOSA"? I don't know if that's the maker or the model. I'm considering a frame my size that has Columbus tubing, chrome fork, chrome stays, Campy dropouts, and Italian threaded BB. The frame has brazons for shifters and FD.

Dont know the name but looks like a good frame,I would build it up,although the 80,s shock paint has GOT to go !

seems to be a contract-builder that made some of the Guerciottis in the '70s...nice bike if it all fits, and you like that paint ;)

Losa builds all the modern Cinelli SC frames.
