'80s Schwinn Town & Country
I just came into a '80s Schwinn Town & Country which needs a little TLC and restoration. The problem is UPS played "forklift soccer" with the box containing the hind end and as a consequence just about collapsed the rear wheels into mirror image tacos. So in order to get this thing on the road I need to rebuild either the rear wheels or all three. (Probably all three as the spokes ARE horribly corroded on all the wheels.) So I'm wondering about the availability for rims that would fit on this critter. This is the vintage with 24 X 1 1/4 37-547 ETRO wheels.

Are you worried about clearing fenders? Standover height if you use a larger rim? I think there is a wheel chair size that's pretty close. Do you have an extra MTB 26" in wheel laying around? Check to see if that will fit in the front. With skinny road tires it might be close. Maybe a 24" BMX cruiser wheel? If you only need the front brake 'cause the rear is a coaster you could lace it up with a drum brake and not worry about brake reach.........I've got one laced into an alloy 590 26" rim...
Good luck with your search! That's a really tough rim/tire size to play with!

24" rims are cheap here https://www.bikepartsusa.com/bikepart...ry=rim-24_inch
Are the rims dented or damaged? or just tacoed? Maybe you could get away with a simple truing.

Are the hubs hollow? One keyed drive wheel? You can still buy trike parts at any LBS from the QBP catalog. You might want to check Worksman cycles as well as they have a very good selection of parts......So do you have room for larger wheels? My trike uses 26" cruiser wheels with nice whitewall tires..
Hollow axle wheel......

Here is an overall view of the trike:

Above: Close up of the left Hub. Note the hole passing through it.
Both rear hubs have holes passing through them and I have no clue as to what is holding the wheels on.

I don't know much about US trikes, but if you need 28 hole 24" rims, you could try Jason Parry-Hughes at Vincero Lightweight Cycles . He trades on e-bay as Boatdrinks_2002 and usually has 24" alloy rims & tyres for Lo profile time trial front wheels with 28 or 32 spoke holes. OK, he's based in Wales but I've always found him to be very trustworthy and the shipping will be a lot less than US to UK. Just an idea in case you are really stuck although I'm sure you'll find what you need in the USA. Have you thought about re-spoking and truing the existing hubs & rims?

What does LBS from the QBP catalog
What do the acronyms LBS for QBP stand for. I am looking for a right rear wheel for a Schwinn Town & Country Tricycle. Bought it on E-Bay and did not noticed the wheel was warped quite badly.
Any help would be appreciated. I am new to this site.

QBP is a main distributor for thousands of local bike shops.
You may need a new rim. Note the size and shop accordingly for a replacement rim(s) or wheel(s).
