Vive Le Tour - 1962 - DVD
I watched "Vive le Tour" by Louis Malle this weekend and it's great.
Documentary on the 1962 TDF, but not a race documentary - just people and what they're doing. Less than 20 minutes long.
Super photography and brightly restored. It's on a DVD with two other of his documentaries, the second on the people building the Citroen 1220 auto.
I got mine from the public library, but understand it's available from Netflix as well.
Now I gotta get a wool PHILCO jersey and handlebar bottle holder.
