Please help

I'm having a problem recognizing the difference between a cottered and cotterless crankset. Which is this particular Nervar crankset?

That crankset takes a cotter pin. You can see the hole for the cotter on the bottom of both arms.

That is a cottered crankset. Note the hole in the driveside crank right over the spider.
A cottered crank used a cotter pin to attach to the BB axle. Cotterless does not have the
hole and are screwed into the end of the axle ( crank bolt).
