Brian, is it?,

Try sending a PM to UK Bloke, UK Red, and UK Yank. Then try entering "uk" in the beginning of a PM and see what comes up. You get 10 folks per message, and if you go thru all those with "uk" in the front, or maybe "brit," you may get a hit.

My other suggestion, if you're that serious, is to get a UPS or a USPS account, and ask the guy just to let one of them pick it up. You can arrange for them to ship it from there. You really need to want the bike, though.

I shipped a Merlin to Australia. $323, and I just got under the size restrictions using USPS. Because we knew we'd get killed on the shipping, my bud has his friends buy a lot of stuff on eBay, from WhyMor, etc, and we packed the box to the hilt. We had 70lbs to use up, and it weighed 54.

OF COURSE, if it works out, we need to see the bike, C&V or not.
