help installing Suntour command shifters
 

I know there is a mechanics/maintenance forum, but since these shifters are probably more familiar to folks in this forum I thought I would start here.

Got these Suntour Command shifters but have no installation instructions. Any resources anyone can point me to, or should I just take them to the shop? I'm not the most mechanically inclined guy, you know.

What aspect(s) of installation are you looking for help with (mounting them? Setting up the derailleurs? are you trying to use them in indexing mode, or friction? etc)?
