Antique Diamant Help!!

Hello all.
I picked up this really Kool Diamant ladies bike, and i cannot date this, my research leaves me with more question's than answers, but i have learned that A.Gresvig was a Norwegian racer in Oslo 1897-1909 and he in fact started the company Diamant. and i have read that by 1927 the company had dropped the Initial a from the head badge, leaving Gresvig Diamant as of 1928.
But i do not believe everything i read, i am asking for any knowledge at all to dating this bike. It is old and unusual. the headlight, head tube fittings, cups, etc.Are chrome plated brass, the reason they have not gone the way of the stem and the handlebar.
Thanks. i look forward to your responses
