That bike is listed as a 58 cm frame and you said you are 5'9". Unless you have unusually long legs, I think the bike is too large for you.

It does look like a nice bike, though.

I'm 5'-10" and a 58 is on the small side of what I like to ride; I am high-waisted though, and like to ride with toes down.

I'm 6' and ride a 57cm. I think it'll be too big for you. Although I don't think there would be any harm in calling the guy and going to take a look at it. You can really only tell when you actually see the bike in person.

Kind of depends on bottom bracket height, so you won't know for sure until you sit on it. I'm 5'9" and usually ride a 56 or a 57, but I have a few 58's that work okay for me (and one 59 that is a serious stretch, but i'm keeping it).

There's a chance that it MIGHT work for you. Many Guerciottis I've seen have top tubes that are shorter than the seat tube. I'm 5' 11" and I had a 58cm Guerciotti with a 56cm top tube. Since the 56 top tube gives me my ideal reach (I usually ride a 55-56 frame) everything worked out. I had a 90mm stem on mine. You will most likely need a shorter one. If you can stand over it, there is a chance. For the record, though, it will probably not be comfortable.
