What bike is this?

Helo!, i am Mehmoud from Malaysia and am here in my first posting.....an ardent cyclist and lately am fascinated with classic style bike with retro look. Came across a picture (photo attached) of a classic looking bike with racing hood...cud see "Reyhand" decal on the down tube but apparently cud not much info on the bike on the net.......cud somebody help me please with the details or lead me somewhere for more info....txs

It looks belgian/french. What components? Simplex, Huret or what?

If you like that bike, you might want to pick up the book, "The Golden Age of Handbuilt Bicycles." It's mostly pictures rather than text, but the bikes (all French?) are gorgeous. There are 3 Reyhands in the book.

Wow! That is an old classic. The rear gear looks like an old Cyclo to me, but I could be wrong! It looks to be in great shape for its age.
