Mavic 631 (or Starfish) Cranks

just wondering if anyone knows whether the taper for these cranks is JIS or ISO.
i know that mavic continued to produce these things up to '95, so maybe something changed.

i'm not entirely sure how old my two pairs are, just wondering if anyone had any info..

ISO, and I've used Campy sealed BB with good results on them. (IIRC they use the modern Campy 135bcd chainrings, too, don't they? or...)
