Help with bike build
 

I was rummaging through the parts bin of my local bike co-op and found this

a right side Command Shifter. However, despite how hard I looked, the left was nowhere to be found. Still, you don't come across these all too often, so I feel obligated to build it up.

My question, what kind of a bike would you build around this?

I was thinking a 1X7 cross style, with dirt drop handlebars, but that seems kinda obvious, Any more creative ideas?

A tri bike with one front ring.
