If you don't get any nibbles on a trade, these are still readily available new and not expensive, e.g.:

I'm looking for a 170 or 175 Sugino RT triple--here's a link to the Velobase entry with a photo: https://www.velobase.com/ViewComponen...e-240ee82f3fc9. The doubles were pretty common, I think, not sure about the triples.
I don't need the rings, just the crankset, in at least good condition. I have trade goods.

IIRC, even the double version had the 74mm BCD holes for mounting a triple ring already cast into the arm; they just weren't tapped for the mounting bolts. You'd just need to run a bottoming tap through them and get the proper bolts and spacers to mount a 3rd ring on the double arm.

So they were drilled with the proper hole to accept a tap of the right size? I've got the skills and equipment to tap in that case, but not to drill precise holes. Some Japanese cranks, I think, came with bosses or pedestals for the granny ring bolt holes, but weren't drilled or tapped. That would not work for me.
But if it's just a matter of tapping existing holes, I'd take a double or a triple.
Thanks for the info, John.

IIRC, the holes were part of the casting (these were "melt-forged" aka "cast" crank arms, not cold-forged like the more expensive models). You might need to run a proper-size drill bit through first to ensure the right diameter for the tap, but the hole itself should already be there.

I have a 62cm 92 pdg series with 700c wheels that I would happily trade for this bike. Unfortunately, it resides in México. AND it's not on you want list. Mine has full 105.

Worth a try, I guess, but I'm a little skeptical that the drill bit would perfectly self-center when drilling out the melt-forged holes for the tap. It seems likely that the resulting holes wouldn't be on a precise 74 mm bolt circle. But I've never done it, so what do I know?

GONE. HAVE: ZEUS Criterium rear D, ZEUS Triplex Sport front D, ZEUS clamp on shift levers.
WANT: Stainless steel flashlight from the 1940s 50s 60s 70s, must be in good shape and in working order. For some reason the ZEUS parts look all rusty in the pics? But I can assure you they are no where near as rusty as they look.

I found one in the barn the other day. I will try to remember to measure it tonight or tomorrow. It is either a 52 or a 54 cm.

ISO: Quality "C&V style" canvas/leather/handmade saddle bag - would LOVE to find a Baggins Banana, but anything similar would be of interest.

Pair of upgrade/sealed Suntour pulleys.

Quill stem with short reach and long-ish vertical extension.

I don't have a TON of bike spares at the moment, but I'm sure we could work something out!!!

I have this, what size clamp are you needing? I think mine is a 26.0 but I'll to check when I get home. I also think it's super short reach at about 60mm. I'll double check that too.

Seeking Suntour Superbe brakeset, circa 1980ish. Looks like an ebay seller flaked on me. Only the calipers are needed. Presentable, complete used condition is OK as this will be for my doesn't-have-to-be-all-original-and-shiny-but-it's-still-C&V bike, my larger Raleigh Comp GS. Just feel like having an all Superbe bike.

To trade: Should have a Modolo Speedy brakeset with levers reaching completion soon - a guy owes me a caliper which he's finally found; I just have to get it.
