what the fork kind of hub is this?

Laced to a 26" Sun CR-18 (not that that helps).
This came on a used 1993 B-stone that I bought--
now the hub feels kinda gritty. I'm thinking
of keeping the rim (box rim, eyeleted, decent)
and lacing it to a new hub.

So what kind of hub is this--or rather, how good is it?
Is it worth repairing-i.e. throwing new bearings
in it? What's a good replacement hub
for mostly city and road riding, but with off road potential?

edit: I know it says "Power Tools" I googled power tools hub, etc.

I've seen that hub before, somewhere, but cannot recall. But no matter. What you have there is a black hub laced to a black rim with black spokes; but if the wheel is true and all, and the coloration doesn't bother you too much, I wouldn't do anything rash. I mean, it's not the prettiest thing I've ever seen, but how bad could it be? Overhaul it. Use the same bearings in new grease, adjust it right, and it'll be as good as, oh, I don't know, 99% of the hubs out there.
