Nice Rock Lobster.

I got out for a few of the usual miles after work yesterday, hoping I can make some time today as well.

Neat pic, nice color.

Of course it's another case of a French bike standing up by itself.

^Just looked up Cecy Krone and read the tragic story.

I rode to work and then picked up my young daughter on the way home. Riding with her behind me on a trail-a-bike, we both almost got taken out by a driver who suddenly tried to turn right at an intersection from the left edge of the lane without signaling just as we passed. Close call at around 20mph. Stay safe out there.

Fixed gear ride in the upper valley today.
Rode up to Snoqualmie ridge to check out the new Bike shop that just opened there. Focused on the MTB crowd, there was nothing for me there but I wished him well. Then in the afternoon I built up my first wheelset under the guidance of a master.
GREAT DAY

Received another 5"s from Storm Lexi, it was too icy for road so hit the Pines on the Krampus.

I went for a 14 mile ride with 1,030 ft. of climbing on my lunch break. The sun is out and I had some free time to get a nice workout on the hills on the Hudson River and to the Yonkers Pier and waterfront. If I didn't have to go back to work I would have stopped for a pint at the Yonkers Brewing Co.

15 miles today on the path. It was beautiful. It was covered in snow and I was the only person on the path today. The snow provided a lot of resistance though. I can't complain. My water bottles didn't freeze. And my new continental spike claw studded tires handled the snow really well. I've been riding these tires for a while and I'm impressed.

Glad to see so many of us got out there today. I did 20 miles on the gym bike early this morning - 20 pretty tough miles, then did 45 miles on my road bike about an hour later. It was a great ride but.. I ate way too light today, which made the last 10 miles of the ride pretty unpleasant, lol. I was pretty darn happy to see our place coming up in the distance as I neared home. I have to work tomorrow so wont be riding, but both my wife and I will prolly do the same ride on Tues or Wed.

Put 40 miles in on the Croll today with about half on slushy pathways. Stopped in downtown St Paul to see what remained of the winter carnival ice sculptures a few days after the judging. I think today's mid 30's temperature took it's toll on the figures.

A bad photo of a beach in Mexico looks better than a snow covered Pennsylvania photo. Looks like some tasty waves.

Nothing but cold torrential rain. Not complaining, I have ridden everyday quite a few in shorts and t-shirt.

Would love some snow riding!

Gorgeous!

I would love to be there right now.

Looks like some decent surf for the boogie board.

112 km on an out and back. Rode to the North coast in a stiff headwind, to a first Sunday of the month pot luck. Stuffed myself with chocolate cake, followed by the regular stuff, and then some more chocolate cake. Visited for an hour or so and rode back. First ride with my new roll up from Henry, and also my new gloves from Nashbar.
