Nice '85 Trek for $60. I believe that the 830 was their 1st MTB. I turned one that was a size bigger into a heavy load hauling rig back in the day and wish I wouldn't have sold it.... :(

Get rid of the Pin. I talked to 2many today about that. He agreed.

I actually waited a day or two before emailing to inquire. I was hoping it had sold quickly because the price was good, and the decision would then be made for me. To my surprise it had not sold, and so I dragged my feet a couple of more days before committing - again, hoping that Divine Providence would intervene on my behalf.

It did not.

I did show some restraint, though - I only bought the frame-set. It'll be easier to hide that way. :o

Photos are from a listing on Boulder CL about two months ago. Asking price for that one was $2,500. I don't believe it sold. Last I saw, it made its way onto eBay. As you say... can't be real, but I'd be interested to know the angle on this grift.
