TA Cranks BB Length
I have a set of sugino super maxy cranks which are a copy of the TA pro vis5 cranks, and i'm looking for a good bb length, the cranks are going on my '86 raleigh grand prix.
Oh I'm going with a compact double setup. 48 - 32
any suggestions?

did it work
I have set of these cranks, old Super Maxy, as well and was wondering what BB you ended up with, and if you are running it as a double or tripple? Taper is also a question, I think the set I have are interesting, They come close to bottoming out on a Sugino ISO tapered spindle that came with a set of Mighty Tour cranks, but the tour cranks sit high on the spindle as though they are JIS on an ISO spindle. Popular thought was that the Mighty Tours were all ISO?
Just looking for info on what worked for you, the ramble is because it is early.

i got a 120mm spindle from Rivendell, it's marked specialized brand. ISO taper I believe. I've got them set up as a double. i think it was like $12 for the spindle.
