Restored '73 Holdsworth

I just completed a near-original restoration of a 1974 Holdsworth. The bike was imported into the country labeled as a "Hill Cycle". I purchased the bike new in the spring of '74 from Hill Cycle in Philadelphia PA.

The frame has been re-chromed and re-painted to its original colors. The original decals were sourced from Lloyd's Cycles in the UK. All the major components are original. The bike originally came with clamp-on shifters, cable guide, and brake cable clips. These were replaced with braze-on pieces in the late '70s.

This bike has been painted many times over the past 34 years. It's nice to have it back to its near-original state.

Beautiful bike. Nice color scheme. I like that you use track pedals too.

That's pretty tall gearing for a "hill cycle." :) What is it, 52-44 / 14-16-18-20-22? Gorgeous bike!

Great job! And decals from England - really slick!

I'm liking that pin striping detail on the seatstay.
