Need some help
Ok... so, after a few months... My Panasonic should be done next month.
Thanks to RobbieTunes I'll be having a group for it. So, that's out of the way.
I'm still missing five parts though, and am unsure about what to use.
Stem
Handlebars
Seat
Seat Post
And Hubs.
The hubs are what I'm really asking this question for.
Before I go throwing things around, the bike originally looked like this.
Paint is still stock, no worries there. I may have found the original stem here, though I'm not entirely sure, nor do I know it's condition well. Handlebars I know are a matter of opinion really, though I believe I'm gonna stick with the traditional Maes bend. I'm pretty sure the seatpost is 26.8 (by ruler above the opening, though I'm not sure, so, any input would be helpful here). Seat is also a matter of opinion, and I may have a Turbo, though, I'm still not sure about it, condition wise.
Alright, now, help on those would be great, but, the real reason I'm here... Hubs.
Ok, so... since the bike originally came with what appears to be the hardest suntour group to come by, I think the stock sprint hubs are out the question. And while I'd LOVE to go with some Phil Wood hubs, it just isn't in the budget. So, I'd like for you all to suggest some good, 32 hole, 126mm, Hi, Mid, or low flange , threaded hubs, that are also good quality, and would be suitable for my currently hefty frame. Wheels going with it are either Mavic CXP33's. or possibly Sun CR-18's (If I want to go vintage look, though the Mavic's I've been told are very good for heftier people).
Since the bike is gonna be Suntour, and 7-speed, I'd like to keep it japanese, but, that really doesn't matter too much, just being a little nit-picky I guess. If I could pick up both hubs for average less than $150, that'd be great, though over as far as suggestions go is fine. Just need a little help picking out these as this is gonna be practically a daily rider.
Thanks all.

Edit: They also don't have to be new, just to clarify.
