Could someone use this Ross MTB frame?

I'm going to get this for the forks only as a replacement, and the seller doesn't want to split up the frameset. The cost for the frameset is $95+shipping, and I hate to pay that for just an old used fork, and get stuck with a frame I don't foresee needing. If anyone is interested in JUST the frame, I would be willing to pay the higher amount(say for just the fork I'd pay $65, you pay $30 for frame) and the seller is willing to ship seperately directly to each of us, at our own expense, you can pay seller directly by paypal. Let me know here or by PM if you have interest, I'm just trying to save a few bucks! I copied the specs here:

Ross Hi-Tech Mt. Whitney: cool early mountain bike or heavy duty touring bike, chrome finish, lugged fork, head tube reinforcements, Cro-Moly frame and fork, 1" head tube, cantilever or V brake compatible, no dents, light surface corrosion that should clean off nicely, 19" c-c with 22 1/2" top tube, 5/6 speed rear spacing

If it was a little bigger I'd be all over it.
Good luck

ok, how about this, would anyone want it for free? You can have it if you pay your own shipping!
