i'd guess more likely Marinoni than Medici.

+1 to Marinoni...I have a Medici fork and it has a similar crown, but no pantographing.
That "backwards" M with the thin stroke on the right, is typical of Marinoni.

Marinoni hands down, I recogninized it in a fraction of a second.
