1. The Varsity chainstays would need to go in, thus I'd need some sort of custom narrow hub, of about 60-75mm wide at most. :roflmao2:

2. A Varsity or any EF frame might require a jack hammer in order to make any progress! :innocent:

I use bullhorns with cyclocross levers on the flat part, and bar-end shifters in the...well...ends of the bars. I find it a really comfortable way to commute.

I need to repair my bike. It is the same bike as mentioned earlier. It needs new wheels, cables, brakes and deraileurs. I thought about converting to a single speed. Is it worth it? (Non single speed repairs would cost around $150.)
