Is this in good condition?

Found this 8 speed Dura-Ace HG cassette on eBay, it looks a little shark-toothy, does this look like its has decent life left.

That's the way HG is supposed to look. I can't tell by that picture how much wear it's had. LooseScrews has HG cassettes on close out, not DA, though.
