Carlton frame in Australia

I need your help guys, have checked all Carlton sites and STILL cant identify this frame,has 'Worksop" badge and serial No is "170594" located on left side rear dropout, usual Pics follow !

I just found out it has "Crispera" lugs and was built between 67/74, any I might as well show you the pics anyway !
