Looks like SR. Does it say "Custom" on the front of the stem? If so, it's SR.

its an SR, I've seen that logo on other stuff from them.

Are you sure it's an SR?
I don't remember seeing this "Mount Fuji" stamping on my other SR stems. Usually it's their staggered SR emblem.
It doesn't have the CUSTOM at the front. I salvaged one off a late 80s Giant road bike.

i have Sakae stems marked SR and SAKAE in block letters , this has neither. Never seen that stamp before on Sakae stuff...curiouser and curiouser

yes, I am sure. Somewhere, I have a seatpost that has both that logo, and SR mark on it
