Genuine Campy cones or knock-offs?

The hd has me thinking not and the placement of the * is making me leery.

I think they are legitimate Campy cones but very late ones. I bought some like this from Loose Screws. I can't remember the exact reason, but I did not like they way they worked in a early Record hub and ended up not using them. I think the overall thickness or the offset of the bearing surface was a little different.

I think they must really be for C-Record/Triompe era hubs, and although useable for NR are not a perfect match.

He's been selling those for years. Don't you think he'd have some negative feedback if they weren't genuine Nuovo Record as described? I have complete front and rear axle sets that I bought from him a couple of years ago. I keep them as spares. They look genuine to me, but I'm no expert.

All of his items have a two letter code.

He's got 100% feedback with over 13K transactions. I'd trust him.

Exactly! I've bought bits from WW several times, with great satisfaction each time, and everything was genuine, exactly as advertized. It is a good question as to confirming that those cones are actually what you need, but I found them very responsive on email.

You should be able to peruse (can't say how long it will take!) the technical section of the Campy site to see if P/N 32R actually is specified for your hub.

I think that seller is one of the best.

I'm sure he's legit but being the cynic I can be the 'hd' and asterisks * made me curious.

Its only money, I'll order a few things from him in the morning. 4-cones, 2-axles and some dropout screws.
