Are the rims alloy or steel? Is the frame generic gas pipe, or cromoly?

If the rims are steel and the frame gas pipe, not worth $140 around here. But if the rims are alloy, yes, and if the frame is cromoly, price is below market around here anyway.

As far as can you find a better deal? Probably, if you are really patient, ready to drive a distance, and ready to pounce when a smokin' good deal pops up.
