Not a wacky bike, but I find it interesting that over a period of two weeks or so, that this Team Fuji's description has changed from Near Mint, to Excellent, to Mint Condition.

Also note how the price rose for a while and then started to drop every other day or so.

Interestingly, on the March 13th it was described as aluminum.

Had an email exchange with a woman selling some "older Raleigh and Murray bicycles." She had not posted pics and I asked if she had any. She replied -- in an email to me -- "Sure, send me ur email address."

I just sent the same address she had emailed asking for my email back. No use making any other comments.

Please don't try and sell this person any stolen bikes. Is somebody who steals bikes really going to worry?

"No junk or parts bikes"

Most bikes are junk/parts bikes after the average person neglects it for a few years. If it hasn't been ridden in a decade the only thing that separates a "good bike" from a junk/parts bike is how many pieces have fallen off it and are missing.

"higher end brands, any make or model"

WTF? isn't that a contradiction? Why don't they just say something like "bike shop bikes only -no department-store junk BSO's"

this person is obviously wrench-averse. Methinks he/she is going to get an education pretty quickly

This is a good example of why we make fun of my wife for being from this county and why we both hate to visit extended family there.

Someone should tell that "professional" rider that his fork is backwards. Unless that's how the pros do it.

Man this guys has some issues (read the description). I am tempted to buy this bike and ask him how to put the pedals on.

Nothing too wacky about this... other than the price.

This has been up on the local CL off and on for almost a year.

lol.. issues..

i spent over an hour packaging the bike...nicest bike you could find anywhere and he left bad feedback and later said he was sorry...that feedback stayed there for a year...dont be an idiot like that guy...sorry dont cut it...i am a firm beleiver in what goes around comes around so im sure he got run over by a car on that bike or something bad like that...some call it Karma...i just call it what goes around comes around and so i try to keep in mind theres more to the sale than just the money

hahaha
