I see the seller has two of them up. And it has to be a spoof if he's talking about a quadruple single speed RAAM. Maybe this is like the box of crap - except in this version you buy it, wait for it to be delivered, and then post it back up to eBay.

Look @ this dolt, he/she actually thinks they can get that much for a CAAD 4. You can buy a new one for a few bucks more, or even find a used one(newer) for under that. I dont know why so many think b/c they have an older bike, it's somehow supposedly worth a gazillion dollars? I mean, is that thing even remotely "worth" that much? do they fetch those kinds of dollars when for sale? doubtful. What is wrong with folks?

Here's another genius who's overpriced bike will not sell for a bit, and then he/she'll wonder why? I dont give a sh%^ if it's built by Andy Pandy, not "worth" that much IMO, I could be wrong, but doubtful. This is the other spectrum of things for Ebay, if it's not a ridiculously high dollar bike(usually stolen) for a pittance amount, it's some guy who thinks he's found the holy grail of bikes, and thinks it's worth a gazillion dollars & then wonders why no one's buying on his fantastic price. I bet if tyou asked him, he's "giving it away at that price" too? Why even bother listing it if you're just going to be ridiculous with your pricing?

This bike is in perfect condition
The bike retails for $800.
With after market brakes and back wheel which retail at $230.
Has a internal shifter which retails at $2000.
(The only stock items on the bike are the frame, handle bars, sattle, and the mo front wheel)
I dont have the back brake installed but will throw in the parts.

Sometimes, a description in a plain brown wrapper can mask a jewel...

https://denver.craigslist.org/bik/3004204918.html

Suffice to say, I jumped on this, and ended up with an absolute pristine example of a classic!

(Yes, the white one).

If I have funds in 7 days and if the OP still has the other one, he will 'talk turkey' with me.

OH YEAH!!

I hate this bike. What a piece of crap. It's old, made in Korea, heavy as hell. I mean this piece of crap is f-ing heavy as ****. I hate this damn thing. I mean, it's called the AT 60, for All Terrain Bike. I got it with a large purchase of bike parts. It was rusting in someone's backyard. I put a different chain on it, and some used tires, and cleaned it up some, but damn it's a piece of crap. This thing has child labor written all over it. It rides alright, but someone come get it before I use it for target practice. Thank you! Email or text or call Jimmy 972.814.0219

Ya get a stuck seatpost PLUS a stuck for only $400...but hey...it's chrome

63cm
bike has some issues
seatpost is stuck, stem possibly as well
bike rides well though as is - I'm 6'2"
the stuck seatpost and stem are largely considered fixable issues as there are methods to unstick them
but I chose not too address this issue during the year I have owned the bike
I am not the original owner of this bike and the components are not original to the specs

On the positive side - it rides great as it is if the bike fits you
also - for a Schwinn lover - this bike is kinda hard to find
and considered to be a desirable vintage model
the chrome needs to be cleaned up but I think it should clean up nice
for the right person - this is a bike they will love to put some work into
and possibly restore or overhaul into a very nice specimen

anyway - bike is $400 OBO cash

If you're trying to sell a $500 bike for $900, why not throw in the trainer?

https://houston.craigslist.org/bik/3013483055.html

He heard if it says Peugeot on it, it MUST be worth at least $300??
