total scam but it made me laugh. Although it could be some Gilpin County scrapper. The people in those hills are strange enough for them to be honest about hunting for jerkey.

I would be emailing just to see if it was real, because for $50 I would love to have that for running around the neighbourhood.

yeah me too. I would have rode my bike up Golden Gate Canyon to get it and hitched it to my back for the ride home, as it's a grail bike from my younger days, but it was posted on the 19th. for $50 its long gone by now if it was real and I hate how my spam box fills up after I email these "deals' here.

Did they readjust the front brake pads so they'd fit the new brake position?

I use to reply to people who posted ads like that, informing them that the exact same bike can be bought new for less money. I guess gel seat covers, a cheap cable lock, and a helmet count as upgrades, giving the seller the right to ask for more.

Everything is coming up Hetchins

This Bilenky Hetchins Track Tribute Frame & Fork brazed frame with a "Hetchins curved seattube" Hmmmm, I thought Hetchins used fluted tubes on the Six day bikes

Nice but not even close

Anyway this one listed also listed under Hetchins.....vintage bicycle ,very rare frame ,racing bike, reynolds 531,hetchins ,bates......which is not any of....still a cool frame but not a Hetchins nor a Bates nor a racing frame considering it's lamp and dyno brazings.

I think maybe I'll get onboard with listing a series of Huffy-Hetchins tribute bikes....wonder what time the Walmart opens?

CAMPAGNOLO NUOVO RECORD Bike Rear Derailleur very clean 11S

It comes with that ultra-rare 11-speed mechanism and invisible hanger bolt. Only $134! Why, it would be a bargain at twice the price!

To be fair, I was the guy who came up with the "invisible hanger bolt" bit. The seller did mention "11S" in the title. I figure a NR derailleur priced that high should be complete...

Well putting fenders on entry level 70's sports bike doesn't make it a touring bike or Pro.

They show up for that much all the time in Denver. And sell quickly too. Not saying that they are worth that. imho, they aren't worth more than $100 in show room condition. But that's me.

Well, the Denver folk must be very charitable! I agree that the LeTours aren't worth much more than $100 to those of us in the know, but, there's a sucker born every minute. Why someone would pay that much for a 32lb tank is beyond me. It is the first year of the model, so maybe it has some sort of collector value. Not to me...

I know this isn't Classic or Vintage, but it is Wacky. Who spends $7500 on a bike and then only uses it once?! Must be one of those 1%ers.

[h=2]Pinarello Paris with Ultegra Di-2 electronic - $4900 (marina / cow hollow)[/h]

Im selling my size 55 Pinarello Paris BoB (black on black), only used once, looks new, no accidents. It is made of carbon fiber, has Ultegra Di2 electric shift gears. Im selling the bike as I dont use it at all and is just in my storage. The bike still looks new and functions perfectly. I bought the bike last year at Eden bicycles for around $7500 (still have receipt). Im the one and only owner of the bike and the bike is registered under my name at Pinarello. My loss is your gain.

Willing to take reasonable trade offers for items like watches (ie rolex submariner, gmt, panerai, cartier), nikon camera lenses, and/or other collectible items.
