When did they start racing lowrider bikes? However, if velour banana seats are your thing $10 isn't a bad price, especially if it comes with the seat post.

Without the mounts for or back pickup stays and actuall chrome seat stays a fancey Banana saddle is worthless.

Wow, I've bought stuff from Pro's Closet before (and ran across many listings while searching for stuff), I wouldn't have pegged them as this wacky. I bet they're selling this on consignment and the seller instructed them to list it this way.

They did get (and decline) one offer, I'll bet it's only 4 digits..

Super nice lookin bike though. It's crazy to see a carbon frame that molded, with downtube shifters!

Was thinking along the same lines when I saw the sellers.

Surprisngly there where a lot of fairly nice molded style carbon and alliminium racers made during the 90's. There is nothing wrong with these high end transition bikes they are just a bit different. I recently had a Canondale with molded style alloy carbon frame and carbon fork with 9speed DT shifters a bit odd but a really nice bike. Too bad that the bike was actually a bike coop bike that was stolen only few days after I fixed it up and put it back in there posetion.

You mean the "sissy bar"? No problem, they still make them, all different styles. The upholstery on that banana seat doesn't appeal to me, personally I think it's fugly as sin. I'm into traditional Stingray style bikes like I had as a kid not lowriders but it's still a helluva price if that's your thing.

...and only $85 for shipping!

If I were selling a $20K bike, I think I would throw in free shipping.

Of course if I were to spend $20K on a bike, a cardboard box squeezed into the back of truck with 854 other boxes seems inadequate.

I love Colnago's and I love Campagnolo but I can not imagine spending that kind of money on a bike I would not ever ride.

Blech....

[h=2]Celeste Bianchi Fixie - $350 (Cheney/Spokane)[/h]

© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap

Celeste Bianchi for safe. Fits like a 57 or 58cm. Incredible shape for it's age. The lightweight steel frame is perfectly straight. There are a few paint chips here and there, but the frame is nearly 40 years old with original paint. Has Deda Bianchi track drops w/ Fizik bar wrap, 3T stem, Origin8 seat post, Brooks B17 saddle that's practically new, Shun crank, Powergrip pedal straps that are great for riding or skidding, newer continental tires. Wheels are true and fast. Let me know if you have any questions!

"I received this frame and had big plans for it. It is a collectors frame with a cracked hanger that I reinforced with 2 steel hangers, JB weld, and bolts making it stronger and more reliable than out of factory!"

Edit: Oh, and that Sprint rear derailleur is being used as a chain tensioner.

Rare Schwinn Cimarron for only $150! It was (not) Schwinn's first entry into the mountain bike marketplace!

The seller even saw one listed at $3,500! Buy it before they put some elbow grease into it and raise the price!
