I don't know much about this bike. I picked it up about a decade ago when I saw it still had the sticker "made in W. German". It appears to be original paint. There is some rust. The rims are aluminium with a steel frame. The front deralier is there, but hasn't been hooked up since I got it. The back derailer works. There are a few holes in the frame, I wonder if they were for some lighting but can't guarantee. It rides and stops and both the tires hold air. The pedals have been replaced and are black plastic and the seat has also been replaced.

I doubt you will see another one like it.
Love the rust holes (some rust?).....for lighting.

That seller needs to put some serious language on his ad that the bike is for parts only.

The ad has a nice closeup of it's 'certification' sticker too, showing it's easily worth what the seller is asking.

Aero bars.

It doesn't say who rode it. The husband might have used it to do a mad dash across town cutting through traffic to get to the hospital.

I suppose those aero bars could double as stirrups for her legs to aid in the delivery.

Bridgestone XO-2 and Trek 560EX Pro Series

Nice looking X0-2 and Trek 560 but the seller seems like an absolutely delightful person.

I'm a big fan of this "single speed" Schwinn. Don't worry, if you don't like the color or size, he can make more with a couple day's notice!

Almost sounds like "Best selection in town! I have a van, bolt cutters, and drive through campus several times a day!"

Here is another winner. The supplied information is just overwhelming.

bicycle!

Along with the customary lack of proper grammar for the 5 words used, there is an exclamation point so it must certainly be worth $400.

Saw this on best of CL, no idea where it came from, but somebody can make $50 for renting out their folder...

Tiny bike to quit job

So I am looking to rent a tiny bike to quit a job. I want to roll in there smoking a blunt and or vape pin and laugh sample food and say **** off..... $50 shouldn't take that long. Probably won't call the cops on me cuz they all love and respect me. They will just ask me to leave. We could record it. It would become a YouTube sensation. Lol. Willing to leave collateral for bike. I don't want it.... I want quit in glory.

You be the judge!

Schwinn road/commuter bike. Just needs a once over and some oil on the chain, but is otherwise ready to ride. This bike was stripped down and cleaned/painted, and received new seat, tires, handle bar wrap and cables.

Vintage Schwinn Commuter Bike

Yup.......just a some oil on the chain!
