Those are HUGE sprockets... 16T for the smallest? 22T for the largest? And most of the wear is in that large sprocket.

This could be handy for certain vintage restorations, although I would imagine that it was used on a type of manually shifted single-speed.

Certainly not the freewheel for my inner masher.

https://www.amazon.com/EUROBIKE-XC70.../dp/B07917BSM1
https://www.amazon.com/EUROBIKE-EURX.../dp/B07BVH3QG2

It looks like that was an earlier (now discontinued model). $489? and free shipping?

I wonder if the owner left a review on Amazon about the horrendous proportions of the bike???
  • 14 Speed Shimano Shifter more easy for you shifting.
  • Aluminum fashion rims and perfect design.
  • Dual Aluminum caliper brake makes your cycling more safety.
  • Recommended for rider's height 5'5"-6'0". Max weight up to 220lbs
  • Multiple choices give you a colorful ride experience
    .
  • Bicycle weight: 36.5 LBS
  • Package weight: 43 LBS.
  • The max load weight: 330 LBS

  • Material of Fork: 6061 Aluminum
  • Frame size: 50 cm and 54cm
  • Wheel size: 700C

36 Pounds?

Not sure where the 110 pound weight discrepancy is from. Can one install a heavy duty rear rack?

Notice:
  1. This bicycle arrives with 85% assembled. You need to install the handlebar, front wheel, pedals, seat and pump up the tires.
The Bicycle Installation instruction included in the package, please tuning the brake and speed system following the instructions.
    .
  2. Pedal threads are different from left side and right side. L / R signs are marked on the axle of the pedal, make sure they are assembled on the right side (when you ride on the bike, left pedal on your left hand, right pedal on your right hand). The right side pedal has a right-hand thread (removes counterclockwise, installs clockwise). The left side pedal has a left-hand thread (removes clockwise, installs counterclockwise). Thread both pedals into the crank arms as far as you can by hand. Then fully tighten them with the wrench. If the pedals are not fully tightened, it may get loose and damage the threads.
    .
  3. All tools are included in the package, no extra tools.

Yeah, in the interest of truth in branding, it should be called a "ThirdWorld-o-BSO", but I don't think that would get past their marketing folks....

The wheels are aluminum but say "carbon no 1" on them. That's so lame its just embarrassing. Somebody somewhere seemed to think that was a good idea.

Was watching this Dunelt when it was posted a month ago, interesting bike. After heavy bid activity it sold for a bit over $400 plus 160 shipping - seemed a bit high to me but I'm no Dunelt expert. The next day it was re-listed with a bin of $2000 and a 30 day period. Since then it's been dropping in stages, now at $1100 with 6 days to go. I'm guessing unrealistic expectations led to backing out on the original sale, seller might wind up rueing that decision (or more likely just cursing all the cheapskates).

Extra Curves anybody?

Buy it today, and you can have it for 41% off of the regular asking price of $198.78

And, another by the same seller.

This one for 15% off of the $115.51 asking price

The description says rear-end bent, but I think it also has a front-end bend.

I recognize that backdrop. Those were photographed at our local bike co-op, but it may not be them selling them. I think they allow members to use their space to photograph items to put on eBay / CL.

E-Bay has started incorporating a new tag "Supports Charity" (actually, that is in the title), so it probably is your co-op.

Also, the seller has a bunch of frames, and some miscellaneous new stuff for sale.

Beating the dead horse yet again - more optimism to the nth power. Only $3249 plus shipping gets you this 70's Raleigh Competition GS. But, hey, you get the front and rear reflectors!

Yeah, the seller is Freewheel (I didn't have access to eBay when I posted earlier). And both bikes are categorized in "For parts or repair" condition, with a huge disclaimer. So they're not trying to pass anything of for something that it isn't.

Looks fun! Could be even simpler with just regular crank and 850mm flat bar, each rider gets 1 seat, 1 pedal, 1 side of the handlebar

I think those tire sidewalls might be a little dried out...
