Judging from that and the position of the saddle whoever rode that was REALLY short. From the look of the rest of it, it was UNDER the shed not in it.

yeesh. thats an OK $100 bike, maybe even $200, I like those early cro-moly specialized frames... thats probably mid 90s (later ones were aluminum), 700c hybrid. But $1000 ? hah hah.
