Somebody's flat out lying here. Ad copy: 'Bottecchia bike vintage road bike old school. No bends dents or rewelds, has rust on chrome pictured, measurements pictured, has scratches and scuffs'

Evidence suggests otherwise:

I am assuming the price is a result of some of the unique features? brakes on both sides of the handlebars! gears that you can move to different speeds!

Since this thing is completely F'd, why do they imagine it has any value? It's too big to use as a paperweight.

Specialized Epic Carbon bike frame 29” - $150 (New Richmond, WI)

"This frame is fully carbon, the frame is a specialized Epic frame, has fox specialized future shock and brain. Also the back swing arm of the frame was welded but is still not straight!150$ or best offer"

lol that's impressive! And they even tied a string on it, if that doesn't work it's hopeless!

I want to know the backstory, what kind of mad max scenario got the frame into this state?

I once had a bike blow off my trunk-mounted car rack on the freeway because I was a dumbass and forgot to use the straps, but in that case the damage was all sustained by tacoing the back wheel, the frame (Surly CrossCheck) is fine

I can't even guess how you get seat tube damage like that. Coat the tube in peanut butter and have a pit bull gnaw on it?

what do you mean? this bike has many potential futures, use the curve to your advantage - Circus/Clown bike, Track bike (as long as the track goes the right direction), rental bike (it will always come back) or a great betting game among friends - "how long can they ride before the back end falls off"
