Yep, no nicks in that frame.

As a Kestrel fan this pains me.

The most carefully staged eBay photo

The Bugati must have been in the shop. Is it wrong to hope this bike rolled backwards, and the Tesla cushioned its fall?

Not necessarily a wacky listing. I think it's pretty fair, all things considered. But the components themselves certainly quailfy!

The stem looks like it is way above minimum insertion line and is about to snap... and o, yeah, it's got the off road rear wheel option! The odd thing about that rear wheel substitution is that the top tube still looks level... it's magic!

I was at Walmart yesterday in the “garden center” and noticed that they were pre-oxidizing the BSO’s

Sorry, hard to see the top tube up in the cloud layer...

(it is a remarkably tall frame)

I have been thinking that a tall bike would be cool. With this and a Kid back crank kit I'd be there. And of course, some fix'in.

I have one of these taken off my old Gitane tandem when I prepped it for adults to ride. Let me know if you need it. 27" frames are much easier to find by comparison.

My grasp of geography is failing.
Where in Italy are/were Panasonic bikes made???? Was it just outside of Pisa or Palermo, or Padau??

Seller tries to bluff and says "hardly ever rode at this price its a steal (look it up you see)", when clearly he didn't bother to google the name "Panasonic". It is a DX-2400 and at not bad a price but the photos are abysmal and any seller this stupid seems hardly worth the visit.
