I confess, I'm thinking very uncharitable thoughts about how that bike came to be at that place in the hands of that seller. The butt-dragging pants with the inside-out underwear is an especially nice, subtle touch. And yes, I. too, hear "Dueling Banjos" playing in the background..

This is just an optical illusion created by the disconnected wheel leaning against the bike, but my first thoughts were of a forgotten, revolutionary BioPace rim prototype.

Standard hubs and rims, just some crazy math to get the spoke lengths right. Goofiest thing to watch being ridden.
