[h=2]Fixed gear fixie bike - $750 (Denver)[/h]

I'm selling a 1st generation Brooklyn Machine Works Gangsta Track. It's a complete bike that just needs new tubes. The frame originally came in 3 sizes, small, medium, and large, It should be a medium but you can come check it out. It comes with two rear wheels, a fixie & one set up for a coaster brake (super fun). It also has a black Brooks saddle. I love this bike & would like it to go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I used to. Feel free to text me day or night or message me on here 7192485047

This bike is why I don't like to buy suspension forked bikes for flipping. Out of the 4 I've acquired, 3 needed the forks to be serviced (expensive or impossible) or replaced.

I don't really know what is going on with this one, how can anyone with even the most rudimentary knowledge of vintage bikes think this is a De Rosa? And yet it has 9 bids with more than 3 days to go

Oh, and he has a panto'd De Rosa stem that he must have done himself

Thanks, jet, I would have never seen these if not for you. Actually, I don't know if I should thank you, you've just opened my eyes to the mendacity and stupidity of man, which I suppose is the existential purpose of this thread.

That is the woman who I cleaned out of all the good stuff. Remember that Trek 520 and the Trek 1200 that I had at the shop? They were from her. I ended up with a complete 85 Trek 520 with modern 105 drivetrain (brifters), all original 90's Trek 1200, and I found a complete minus fork 2009 Specialized Sequoia (carbon/aluminum), and enough spare parts to make a really nice early '90s Specialized Rockhopper with drop bars/fenders/rack/etc. I also got 3 complete nice 700c wheel sets, cenilli handlebars, and a bunch of small odds and ends (good stuff).

Whoopsie, I'm really embarrassed now. What got me is that she wanted $1,000 for a bunch of crappy old parts! mea culpa

What is funny is that she told me early on when I first visited her about 3 weeks ago that she would have let everything go for 300 dollars. For the amount of stuff she had at the, that might have made sense. Heck, the bikes I ended up with are probably worth over 1000 total.

What she has left for 1000? Not so much. She told me that if she doesn't sell anymore, than she wants me to just bring my jeep and trailer and haul it away to Pedals2People which I shall do.
