Oh yeah, the front skewer should be reversed. Is that a stem/bars/levers from an old French bike? Wouldn't be surprised if it's 22.0mm and not 22.2mm. If there's this much wrong just at first glance, I shudder to think of what other issues it has. I just hope nobody falls for his B.S. sales pitch and overpays for an inferior bike.
i didn't even notice the "L" was missing. now that i've seen it, yeah, i wouldn't buy that for $329. for someone that's allegedly worked in shops for 13 years, some of that is really inexcusable.

Fixable, sure. Not that you'd want to, of course - it's still carbon fiber - disposable thermoset plastic with extreme crush sensitivity.

This is a classic "teachable moment", pure irony for hipster kids that move to the city and think it's gonna be peace and love. It's never that.

The society around them disdains property.

They themselves disdain property.

Yeah, let's stick it to the Man! Let's occupy! Let's piss off other road users with our stupid behavior! Pabst Blue Ribbon!

Yet somehow they are surprised and shocked when someone breaks their Precious.

^I feel your pain; that drive is one that I did in part for nearly 10 years. Lousy, horrible, dangerous. I saw one knucklehead ram into another car waiting to get onto 85 south full speed! I can't imagine why I put up with it for so long...anyway, rant over, sorry you got ripped off.

[h=2]Miyata Single Speed/Fixie, 54cm - $100 (Midtown)[/h]

I have a Miyata single speed/fixie for sale (rear wheel has fixed-gear on one side or single speed on the other), the frame is 54cm (middle of crank to top of seat tube). I'm 5'11 and it's just about right for me with the seat all the way down, should fit someone 5'10-6'2 or so.

I believe it's a 1973 200 series going by the serial number (B796218). It's a nice light frame, a bit lighter than my Schwinn Super Sport in weight.

It was in a wreck: front fork is bent and front wheel needs truing.The frame itself looks fine, I didn't find any cracks and it appears to be unbent, other than the fork. The back wheel alone is worth $75.

$100 OBO. come take a look.

At least the price right, whatever it might be. I have a feeling they searched "blue mountain bike" to get a picture for their ad, and that it's most likely a Wally World Schwinn.,,,,BD
