rare vintage bridgestone bicycle - FOR A STUDENT IN FINANCIAL NEED !!
Price:US $10,000.00

Bridgestone bicycle.
I did some research and I could not find this particular model.
Made in Japan.
Maximum weight is 190 lbs.
Works but will need some tlc.

Feel free to ask any questions.
I'm not experienced in packaging bikes so i'm offering local pick up only. Message me if you would like it shipped, I'm sure we could arrange something.

The price is so high because I'm trying to go back to school but I am financially unstable. I am 22 years old and I have missed the past 3 semesters of college. This is an absolutely ridiculous amount of money I know but it will definitely be for a good cause. Thank you for your time and consideration. God bless.

This dude has a HUGE amount of decent bikes, ALL of them overpriced. He's been posting them for YEARS, with no sales. You'd think he'd either drop his prices, or give up? This is one of the latest ones. I have never seen or been able to sell one of these for North of $200, no matter how clean. My last one I dropped to $185 when it finally moved. This guy has patience, that's the only thing I can say about him. Spring before last he got ahold of a bike I was eyeing, for $150, from the original owners widow apparently. The poor lady knew nothing about the bike, and just wanted it gone.. An Italvega Super Speciale. He started at $900, and is now down to about double it's value at $600. (I say double it's value. because the most I would pay would be $300, and that is what sets market value am I right?) The value is what someone will pay for it. This Technium is a pipe dream at $300, IMHO.,,,,BD

Unless I missed the memo about Techniums gaining in popularity?

https://houston.craigslist.org/bik/4277862111.html

The Italvega.... No way in hell would I pay $600 for this bike. But alas, he will not listen to reason... I WANT this bike, sigh....

I sold a virtually new Technium several months ago on Chicago CL for $300. I live in Evanston, IL though. The Northwestern kids tend to have some money.

That said, here's an overpriced Motobecane single speed with "hip" copy:

I have the good fortune to have a Technium in my stable. A friend of mine sold it to me for $50 (he got it from a rummage sale for $5!!). I think the bonded not-quite-lugs, and internal cable routing, is boss. But that one has a really boring color scheme, mine is black with magenta (who am I kidding, it's hot pink) accents. My wife rode it for a while with hot pink bar tape, and now it wears black tape as my oldest son's first road bike.

As for the Italvega, all you can do is make him an offer! Them is some pretty sweet chrome lugs!

The Austin Craigslist clowns are at it again... Three problems with the dog cart:
1) There aren't any huskies in Austin.
2) Only using it 3 times is not a great enticement for a new owner to spend 750 clams- that's $250 per use?
3) It's not a bicycle, it's just made from bicycle parts, so why is it in the bike section?

You mean THREE too many zeros don't you? I don't know which is worse, that someone let it get in that condition or that someone thinks it's worth $1500!

I'm pretty sure one would get arrested for animal cruelity in the Peoples Republic of Austin, if they used this thing in public.

Bob is asking $300 more than I paid during the last year for 2 Voyageurs, 2 Super Sports, a Tempo, a Le Tour II Mixte, and a set of NOS Voyageur racks. Must have been designed by Grant Petersen.

If Bob is such a great upscale marketeer, I should let him sell my steel bikes. A Kabuki for $500? NFW

In my area that would be a pretty good deal if it fits you. Sounds like the seller is honest too - he quotes a realistic weight for the bike.

I have a 1977 26 in. Sierra Schwinn bicycle that has been stored since 1978. It's like brand new. Very rare. It has the chrome forks, the original toe clips, back brakes, front lights, water bottle, odometer ,bicycle bag and lock&chain(forgot the combination{smile**). The bicycle has 77 miles. I bought it brand new in 1977 and have stored it since 1977. Selling it for $1800 or best offer.

No words can describe this...
