I'd snap up that pile for $100 in a second. Get at least $500 selling it all off, easy. Plus those forks are in a kittier -- I can always use another (in fact I need a new lid right now, my hinge is almost broken)

It's possible it's just a steep head tube angle. I've seen this guy's ads before and his bikes are generally in good shape. Tough to tell for sure without seeing it in person. If there's no buckling anywhere, I'd buy it.

Normally the steeper HT angles are only on the larger frame sizes.
Looking at the NDS side, the TT/DT do look bent to me. I thought the fork was bent at first, but I don't think so, or at least not a lot.
Tire/frame clearance is also less than I would expect.
If the seller is truly a professional, that is a HUGE oversight. But he should also be able to answer questions about the bike.
If you are interested in the bike, I'd call him on that. Tell him that the photos look bent and ask him for close-up photos, and if he will double-check it before you waste your time and his time.
The price is on the high end of what I might pay for a bike in good condition, but not bad. However, it is about $150 to $200 high for a bent bike.

I am a professional bike mechanic with over a decade of experience. I am helping a friend sell their bike.

IMO you need to retain the kickstand, Ashtabula, randonneur bars and Twin Stik shifters for the full effect. They all work great.

The best and/or most valuable pieces on that bike are the cranks, saddle, and brake levers. The brake levers look like upper level Dia-Compe or Suntour. Superbe Pro brake levers have that small round hole in the blade for a 4mm allen key. DC BRS400/500s had an elongated pill-shaped slot, so those can't be it. Hoods look replaced.
