My 12-step program only allows the purchase of bikes that are:
Both my size and better than what's in the fleet now or 100% sure sell quick turnover flippers. So far it's working.

I need more bikes to fuel my addiction. I sold my spring stock over the winter and I've been looking to replace them ever since.

I miss the work.

If you have not logged onto e-bay, here's some cheap-o buys I ended up getting with low bidder volume... Not that I really need any of this stuff => just way too easy.
Parts...

Frame
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=290307033095
I got an earlier one (60's frejus frame) from the same seller for $75.

On dump day, I donated a bag of parts and a decent frame to the neighborhood bike works. At least I'm re-circulating.

I just have to stop looking at these last minute auctions...I am not yet ready for rehab.

We need to form a "support group" where we can get help if we start to fall off the wagon or are feeling weak.We need to form a 12 step program to guide us thru tough times.I say Step 1 should be:If its not your size keep going no matter how good a deal.Anyone got step 2?

Step 2: N+1

HELP! HELP! I'm relapsing! ;)

I try and stick to this, but I'm always derailed by stuff that has good resale potential

Actually, there should be time shares on really expensive/holy grail bikes that none of us can afford but size works. Pass around that confente - I'll take the week of June 7th.

Wait...This isn't helping.
Nevermind.

My g/f has raised the iron fist. No more bikes for me for a little while. Our living room has 3 frames, 2 bikes, 1 in the middle of being built, and 2 more on the way. 1 from an ebay win and another from a friend (unidentified Peugeot!)

I was happy with my fixed gear Nishiki... Then the road bike bug bit me. Now I'm feeling the hunggggggeeerrr!

I don't plan on buying anything for awhile... but I can't stop looking at CL and ebay.
