Need help selecting components

I'm rebuilding an S-10-S from '77 and want this to be my sweetest ride. It is likely my last rebuild so I want to do it right. I have located and purchased NOS Suntour Superbe front a rear derailleurs. They came out in '77 so they are period correct for the bike. I have a line on some Superbe brakes that are lightly used and hope to close that deal soon. The front chain rings are in good shape and I think they are Suntour Cyclone so I plan to keep them. I will likely need a new headset, freewheel and chain and I want something of comparable quality to the Superbe. Any suggestions?

Tange levin alloy headset, Suntour Winner Pro Ultra 6 (depending on spacing...but Winner Pro) and I don't have a suggestion on a chain. I buy SRAM chains myself.

Suntour Winner Pro Ultra 6 <---- Where can this be found as a new item?

Ebay......Do you know what spacing your rear dropouts are? If it's 126 you can use a standard Winner Pro 6 speed or an Ultra 7 I believe. The ultra part means the cogs are closer together so you can fit 1 more gear in there...

P.S.Bid on them with the BIN price of ones listed in mind. They rarely go for the amounts they ask for BIN.
