question about highwheelers

so my roommate just picked up a high wheeler today, the name on it is A. Wilson High Wheeler.. does anyone know any info on the manufacturer or anything about it? any info would be appreciated!

That's really vintage. You might try www.thecabe.com. They're a little more antique savvy than us.
