How safe is this?
 

Just curious as to what you think would happen if I built up and rode this? I have been bidding on it, but I'm wondering if the price is getting too high if this thing has any intention of killing me.

Your opinions are appreciated.

"Not a bad looking frameset but it has been in a frontal collision. It isn't easy to see but the top and down tube are slightly deformed behind the head lug. Hitting a curb or parked car, even at a low speed, can easily do this to a frame. It's still fine to ride & most people will never notice it. I got it from an ebay seller that didn't mention it in the description and called it "never wrecked"."
