Tommasini Diamante

I picked this up today.....

Columbus Ms Aero/Diamond tubing. Full Mavic group with indexing and Sachs 7-speed freewheel. Mavic Open 4 CD rims, SS Wheelsmith spokes. 3T bars and stem. Super low miles as evidenced by the lack of brake wear on the rims.

The wheelbase on this is just stupid rediculously short, its around 38 1/4 inches.

My jealousy meter is maxed out right now. Tommasini is one of my must own bikes one day. Beautiful looking bike! I hope you have a cool story about obtaining it

It cleaned up fairly well, the sun wasnt in the best position when I was shooting the pics so I'll have to re-take most of them tomorrow. I still need to replace both brake cables, derailleur inner wires and the bar tape.

Very nice. Mavic components are unique. Does it have one of those sealed BB units that 'floats' in the shell?

Yes. I had it out when I went over the bike, it looks like a decent piece.

That is sharp.

What's that non-Mavic seatpost doing in there? Did they not have one?
