Mine's G1357 with a '72 NR derailer, Blue/Mink, ~59cm and with Raleigh Pro decalry.
It's got the "plain" (ha!) lugs just like the Lagoon Blue Carlton above.
(what are those lugs called???)
I'll get a picture up later tonight.

I have a 1972 Raleigh Professional that is restored and identical to Sheldon's. I purchased it used in 1974 for $300. It cost more to have the chrome work redone! The serial number is G1340.

Bet you wish you still had it, huh? Welcome to the Forum. Do you have any bikes, currently?

Here's an early '70s frameset I got from a friend who bought it cheap and sold the Campy stuff off. I hate that, but he gave me what you see here. I may build it up as a 3-speed. Recessed seat binder, fastback stays, simple lugs. I'll have to check for the serial (found--#F6738).

Thanks for the welcome. I still have the Raleigh Professional.
I rode it for a few years then stored it. Now it hangs behind my desk along with my Red(Pink)/ White/ Green Klein Attitude which sits in front of my desk.
Both bring back nice memories.
