cable housing stops or ferrules for 3-speed levers?

What can I use for holding the cable housing against the lever bodies on some plain 3-speed levers? Any suggestions? I tried some old road drop lever tabs/stops/thingees and they're not optimal for hold the cable against the lever body.

Do you mean brake levers? Or gear triggers? If brakes, it depends on the lever. Weinmann/Dia Compe levers take the same stops as most drop-bar levers. Older steel Raleigh levers take on that has a fairly small diameter end to fit in the lever body. I think this one from Loosescrews would work.

Thanks, Neal. I think that'd work. I meant what I guess they're calling "tourist levers:" the brake levers that go on North Road handlebars, are thin, steel, have knobs on the ends. In fact, the ancient Peugeot mixte I'm putting these on also has MAFAC brakes, and it looks like I might want to order a bunch of these in order to be able to get some more generic stops on there. I have a ton of old Weinmann/Diacompe ferrules and I tried them, but the lever end was too large a diameter for the lever, and it looked kind of funky and not quite stable.
