Phillips Head Badge
 

Hey, finally found a head badge that looks like one on my Phillips Frame, anybody got any idea of age? Tim ps help if I include the link DUH http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Phillips...emZ28036028827

Now it's gone DRAT! anyway it's Bronze colored and has Birmingham not Nottingham

Here's the headbadge that was on a 1959 Phillips that I sold off. That's a year or two before the company was acquired by Raleigh:

Neal, Thank you for the pics, it looks like it, except you had some of the paint left! I just got back to looking at/working on this frame, it being no-school (summer) time and having a 14 year old at home. Tim

Summer means no school for me, too, Tim, and today I took the kids to the beach (they finished school on Weed and start camp next week). Earlier this week I fixed up and sold off two bikes. Ah, summer (though the weather has been truly non-summerish in the Boston area for the last couple of weeks).
