What a tease. $45 Ironman in my size, but no way to contact the seller? Anyone else detect some weirdness where the top tube meets the head tube?

[h=2]Centurian Ironman Bike - $45 (south minneapolis)[/h]Centurian Ironman Bike

Older bike that I have not ridden much in the past 10 years.
Has tons of life still in this classic racing/tri bike.
Love this bike, but need to move a couple on for space.

I am 5'8" and it's a good fit for me.

Maybe. You would expect the down tube to look wonky as well. The pictures are too horrible to say for sure.

If you look at the pump peg it looks like that is pointed down a bit from horizontal. Looks like front end trauma to me.

I think it is just an optical illusion, although it does look extra long.

Let's hope the gaudy aftermarket top tube decals (dealer's name/contact info? the owner's?) peel off.

A ladies' Shogun Prairie Breaker. This is not a special bike, but it's probably the prettiest MTB frame I've ever seen. The color complements the frame design very well.

A tad high in price IMHO. I recently bought one from eBay for $125. Also, slow response in NYC area for a fully refurbished 62cm early 1970's Super Course MK II @ $375.00 I've had for sale. That has Reynolds 531main tubes.

@oddjob2 ^ Yeah I though it was kind of spendy too, for what it is.

What do you think of the (lack of) fork rake? Has that one been bent back a bit?

Not mine, nice red color

Vintage Holdsworth Road frame set, 52cm, Reynolds 531, Campy headset - $190 (willow glen / cambrian)

Nice, clean English frame set which includes the campagnolo headset. Horizontal rear drop outs are also Campagnolo for SS/Fixie. Decals are in good shape. There is one small dent in side of top tube but does not effect ride.

Please see detailed photos and let me know if you have any questions.

Asking $190, OBO.

I think it's factory - my Holdsworth Special has a similar top tube dent. Rides great.

Appears to be about a 1982 P8 and is overpriced in condition as photographed. The Carbolite 103 sticker on the seat tube, the stem shifters, and the safety lever brakes indicate low end. I think the chrome fork is a replacement. In any event the bike needs tires, a thorough cleaning, and probably a complete overhaul. If you're not doing work yourself figure $150 or more out of pocket. Also, it appears to be a 56cm frame, not a 58cm.
